WinCvs 1.0 is released

I’m pleased to announce the final release of WinCvs 1.0 – a cvs front-end interface.
cvs is a popular revision control system used to manage your source code on
several platforms.

WinCvs was made possible by the interest of several cvs users in
order to get a fast and reliable cvs front-end on M$ Windows.

Some of the capabilities of WinCvs are :

* Majority of the cvs commands are exposed through the interface (add, admin,
checkout, commit, diff, edit, editors, history, import, init, log, login,
logout, release, remove, rdiff, rtag, status, tag, unedit, update, watch,
watchers.)
* Several authentications : password, ssh, rsh, local mode.
* Goodies : graphical revision viewer and ability to diff using an external diff
(tkdiff or windiff).
* Automatic binary wrapping, TCP compression, cvs-1.10 support, TCL macros and more.

Both WinCvs and cvs are distributed under the terms of the GPL. WinCvs
is distributed without any kind of guarantee. A commercial support is possible :
